After we receive your user name and password, our staff will send you an email at the address you provide,
explaining more about the myPsychTracker system. The email will also contain a link which you will need to visit
in order to complete our application process.

User Name:

User name must be between 6 and 16 characters in length. Only alphanumeric characters ( a-z, A-Z, 0-9 ) are allowed.
Password:

User password must be between 8 and 16 characters in length. Only alphanumeric characters ( a-z, A-Z, 0-9 ) are allowed. Passwords are case sensitive.
Confirm Password:

Please retype your password exactly as you entered it above.
Email:

Email address may be up to 128 characters in length. One email address is allowed per account. A verification email will be sent to the address you enter that will explain how to continue the registration process.
